Missing Items Claims

Please inspect all ordered products immediately upon receipt. Any  missing items must be reported immediately on delivery. Any claims regarding missing items will not be entertained later.

Damaged Items Claims

The damaged products will be replaced with the same products. Misprinting or blank page(s) issue will be resolved by replacing the product if found. The claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement will be done within 10 days after claim reported.
